Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Fraser Valley Express Courier (“the Company”) endeavors to provide timely and professional courier and delivery services. All fees for services rendered are deemed final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law or expressly approved by the Company in writing.

Refunds or service credits may be considered solely under the following conditions:

  1. The Customer maintains valid and verifiable shipment insurance coverage applicable to the goods or materials transported.

  2. The alleged service failure is determined, after investigation, to be the direct result of negligence or misconduct by the Company or its authorized agents.

  3. A written refund request is submitted by the Customer within seven (7) business days from the scheduled delivery date, accompanied by all supporting documentation, including proof of insurance.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or damage arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, weather conditions, mechanical failures, traffic delays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or actions of third parties.

In the absence of valid insurance coverage, the Customer expressly waives any right to claim, refund, or compensation for loss or delay. The Company reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with the above conditions.
